FYI, I use the Lee Collet Neck Size dies for 3 of my cartridges ... the 220 Swift, the 300 Win Mag and the 30-06.
Even though it says no case lubrication is needed, I lubricate them anyway, both inside and outside.
2 reasons: I believe the case lube lets it work better, and I ALWAYS clean the necks of my cartridges before I reload them, because that is where most of the powder residue is (the cartridge generally seals to the chamber before the blowback gets past the neck).
I put lubricant on a paper towel to do the outside of the neck, and on a Q-Tip to do the inside of the neck.
Warning: No one should follow this advice because I obviously know nothing about reloading, I've only been doing it for 50 years and haven't learned a dang thing!
