I love the 540i, but this has been my chief complaint, other than a better case construct for the battery (maybe even a plastic screw-on outer for one side, and a molded side for the other, likely clutch-side.) Also the damn brake sensor. Maybe the clutch will have only a physical brake, without the sensor.
The screw-/slide-in cover that goes over the air fins was enlarged, as I have one from a few years back that is noticeably smaller.
I'm hoping they will be compatible with the bLi series batteries. Would be a dumb move on their part, otherwise.
I didn't see anything about heated handles, though.
I won't be running out to buy one anytime soon, but the heated handle option could change the pace at which I do.
