You need a two wheeled unit, less ground pressure per square inch :innocent:.

Not sure how much we got, but it was just above the grass, now in many places I see the grass again. They're saying another 1-4, temps will be hanging within the freezing point for the next couple days, so who knows what we will end up, the ground wasn't frozen when it started either.
I'm just glad I got the siding done on the barn before it started . Be even nicer if I had the bay doors on, chutes between the trusses, electric for the lights and outlets run, lids in the bays, insulation up there, and the bay walls insulated and finished.
Shoot I sink in just about as much as the wheel barrow. I have a 2 wheel one but it doesn't fit through the door, and other wise just sucks to get around. Can't even remember the last time I used it.

Looks great, Chipper 👍

The actual wiper ? , not certain it came with the inclosed cab package,

Ok

I thought you might have added that after the fact. I have the same cab package on mine and it did not come with a wiper.

Polaris can't seem to locate a wiper for me, as crazy as that sounds.

chains FTW!

how'd it go? i got a good night of it last nite. hit the hay early! think all that rootin' just plumb wore me out!!! lol
I haven’t slept through the night in months. My job keeps me restless, I’ll dream I’m there and then wake…. Take hours to get back to sleep and then the alarm goes off

The brake and the handle are a bit tweaked on my 462 because I put it in a safe place and had a log roll :rare2:. It basically made the handle a bit more like running a 460/461, at least I still have spring AV lol.
Can’t remember his name, but he is one smart fella. He hand made a hand tool to cut the top of the combustion chambers. Wish I remembered his name!!

Blizzak is a great all around winter tire and a superb ice tire. I have a set on the wife's subie. For deeper snow, which we get a lot of here in the lee of lake Huron, a deeper lug works better in the loose stuff. Honestly duratracs are hard to beat for a truck, not super on ice but they sure clear snow. I'm running a cooper discoverer snow claw. I really liked my last set of Cooper m+s winters which are discontinued and were a fantastic deep snow tire and a decent ice tire. A locking diff, while handy for crawling your truck up the unplowed road to wherever, becomes dangerous at speed especially in turns. The newer electric lockers are the best of both worlds. We still haven't had any snow beyond a dusting

Not sure where, but I'm pretty sure I've seen him before. I'll forget a name, but I don't normally forget a face. Sometimes I'll be walking up to someone and can't remember their name, then just as we start talking/saying hi it comes to me.

Thanks.
The wife and I went out for Mexican here in town at a new restaurant, raining on the way there and huge flakes coming down on the way home. Sure was nice having a place to park the ride so it didn't need scraped or brushed off, think of all the gas I saved too . I may even push a bunch off the main/shared drive with the bota in the morning. My neighbor has had some back problems and hasn't been able to do much, he usually blows it off.

Been there a few times in my career... Lived through a lot of executive management, and management, turnover... glad to be out of that rat race! If nothing else, I learned that living below your means gives you freedom that being in debt robs from you. When things didn't improve I was able to move on without fear.

Evening guys.

It's been cold wet & windy here in south misery today.
Snowed sideways all day but wasn't quite cold enough to stick.... which is fine by me.

Don't think I posted this here in the other stuff thread....20240106_183610.jpg

The kids did up a couple hogs the other day.....there's about 150lbs of sausage in there.

Shoot I sink in just about as much as the wheel barrow. I have a 2 wheel one but it doesn't fit through the door, and other wise just sucks to get around. Can't even remember the last time I used it.
I hear that, I was just pulling your leg.
I have two of the two wheeled units, they just fit thru our front door, perfect for hauling wood in. If I bring 3 smaller loads I can fill the rack up, which is what I do when the ground is softer, once it's frozen I make it in two. If it's real sloppy I get the 4wd Japanese wheelbarrow out .

I'm at that point myself. Starting to think I slept better in the sleeper cab on the road.
