Maybe this will interrest someone:

The saws are weighted with bar and chain and completely full
with gas and oil .

Stihl 192T with 30cm (12 inch)bar pm chain 1.3 (o.50) :4.100 gr (9.04 lbs)
Dolmar ps 3410 TH with 30cm (12 inch) bar :4280 gr (9.44 lbs)
Stihl 200T with 30 cm (12 inch)bar : 4.770 gr (10.52 lbs)

b.t.w : I've tried the oregon vx chain on the 3410 today (2 weeks old , about 6 tanks) and the chain cuts really very well . The Dolmar performed allmost
like a 200T

VERY interesting!!!!!
After handling a 200t then picking up a 192t, the 192 feels like a feather!!! Must just be the balance, as it sure feels like more than a pound to me!!!

Interesting to me too. I always thought the 200t was lighter than my 191t, can the 191 be that different form the 192. It's bigger in size. I will look more closely next time I am with my saws. Good post cram.

Welcome to the site!!!

I have a Dolmar ps3410th and really like it.

I still like the 200T but for the price the 3410 is a great saw...

Do most of you have a 12" bar on your top handle?

I have a 14" on the 200t - must add to the weight...
BTW any idea if the 200t is lighter than the old 020t?

I think the 020 T was about the same weight as the 200T .(not 100% sure)
The 019T was heavier.
The standard bar here for the 200T is 14"

12" bars for best handling and performance on all those pruning saws, 10" usually too small, 10" are alright for anemic echos and their like. 335's lighter than 200/020's and better balanced, also smoother. Stihl people thanks for agreeing. he -he. Also those 019's were fat and plasticy, but well balanced with their angled handle, a fair way behind on power, still preferable to any so-called 'pro' echo top handle
