024 Stihl question?????

Ive got what I'm sure is an 024 stihl a friend gave me. He told me it was an 026. After doing some searching I know that its not. There is only one bolt holding on the clutch cover with a stud in front to hold it alined. The bar ajustment is in front not on the side. The top cover is slanted downward not flat like my 026. It has the white non see thru tank. It is missing the id tag on top which was riveted on. My question is being an older model 024 is possible it could be a 024 super or was the super made later in the 024's production. Is there a way to tell short of pulling the jug. Thanks Rick!

You could likely determine the cylinder diameter by pulling the muffler or intake and measuring from the opening.
