I'd like to upgrade an old 026 the newer style, larger, air filter. There are several threads on doing so here but the photos seem to be gone from them all. My only hang up is the fuel tank vent. I've read suggestions of using 064, 066, and MS660 vents but when I look them up I find multiple different vents for them. I have a white plastic cap with a vertical hose with grub screws that fits the nipple on the tank, but it runs into the bottom of the air filter and would require a sharp bend in the hose that might kink the hose.
Does anyone have photos of a converted 026 showing what type tank vent is used? I don't have a good local dealer where I can go look at different style vents.
