There are two types of bands in the 028....An early "non crossing" type that's rare and hard to find and the later crossing type...Do you know which you need?

Thanks for the reply. It’s the cross over one as far as I can tell from the parts diagram. Part number 1118 160 5402
I have two of these saws. One from west Germany (broken band at narrow point) and the other from Virginia . Both have the same band.
