Hello, I have a 038 mag, just went through it, nice saw runs and cuts like it should,, I’ll consider offers,, yeah I painted it black, I think everything looks better black, especially old school bad ass Stihl saw,, I’m a firm believer in the 028 and the 038 models , couple of best ever made

You should check out the rit dye dye technique for getting black plastics.

You need to post in the Classifieds. And you need to put a price on it. If you want to "consider offers" then you should take it to eBay.

I recommend you also show folks how you verified that it's a Magnum. I'd suggest pictures of the piston with calipers measuring 52mm.
