Hi there members,
I am currently rebuilding an old 041 av that was given to me, I have a manual but I also require an IPL as this has been fiddled with before and I would like to make sure that all the parts are the correct ones so I don't spend a lot of time building a dud. I have a few part numbers if this will help,
Flywheel : sem sweden 100 468 00
Crankcase : 91110 021 0701
I also have two carbs and don't know which is the correct one,
HS87A
HS138A
All information would be greatly appreciated.
Hooch.

A big thanks to Harrygrey and Dan Forsh, but unfortunately the part numbers on my saw are not in this IPL. Does anyone know if there is a different IPL for other 041 models. Both the air cleaner covers that came with it have 041 AV electronic on them, but they are not on a plate they are embossed into the cover. Please help.
Hooch.

I have three different IPLs are you sure you have the standard AV?

hmm, now don't hold me to this but I'd guess the AVE covers listed are the replacements to your embossed ones. They'd be identical (shape, size & fixings) apart from that visual difference. If you can still get them they'd be the ones, and I'm sure they'd work fine. So yours is like mine right?

That one does seem to cover a few variants, the other two just seem to be specific to those two models, FB and G.

Hi Harrygrey and Dan,
Yes the one in the picture looks exactly the same, what part number does the carb have on it, I have two, a HS87A and a HS138A, If you could tell me exactly what this saw is it would be a great start, other part numbers are,
Flywheel : sem sweden 100 468 00
Crankcase : 91110 021 0701
I also have a flywheel for the points set up, part # 0204 003 033
I have two air cleaner covers with part numbers 9110 141 0502,0511,0505
9110 141 0503,0506
Hope this information is of some help.
Thanks again.
