Well my new project arrived the other day. Cylinder and piston looked pretty bad. Scrapped piston and cleaned up cylinder ( not bad ) have ordered new piston from Curt also ordered muffler top handle and clutch cover from lumberinspector here in trading forum. Can't wait to get it running. Will buy new bar likely 20 inch no need for much more than that here.

Just got done playing with my 064 with a 28" b/c. Good saw!!!

a little bit of vim and some soap and water along with alot of elbow grease. The saw wasn't too bad for dirt until i looked at the clutch side, it was glops of sawdust and bar oil. Used small flat tip screwdriver to get most out of the dirt in the holes than a dry rag and the same screwdriver to push the rag into the holes and repeat. Took only about four hours or so.
