076 years made

I have been wanting a bigger saw when was production of the 076 and do they
mod well i would like to port and muffler mod.i have a chance to buy one
looks decent in the pic for around 400.00

I've got one, it runs great without any mods. It is a low reving saw compared to the newer saws. Considering how heavy the thing is, we only pull it out when we abosolutely have to. I got mine for $200 bucks since I was told that the engine was blown. The bar and chain were brand new and I had a feeling I new what was going on. Got her home, and it was missing the nut that holds the clutch onto the crank shaft. The clutch shifted and the crank wouldn't turn. I fixed the saw for $2.00 and she has run great ever since. Good luck!

I ported mine when I built it. I think it's Super3 that has a couple stock ones. To be honest with you, you'd have to time them to know the difference. They're just that strong of a saw stock. I love mine.
