110 eager beaver chain won’t stay tight

Got a little 110 eager beaver that the chain loosen up . I adjustment the take up screw and thighen the bar clamp nut . Use it . Feel s like it lose again look at it it and sure enough the chain is loose again .can’t figure it out. Got that hand pump chain oiler I pump it . Does work .
