Anyone want to discuss how the process is done. I have a good jug, but has the top fins broken off. And I dont really need another work saw..

How do you seal it (copper gasket)? How do you hold it to the cylinder (studs to base)?

go back and look at my 026 build. i have pics of the whole process. give me a pm if ya have a Q's. As long as the finish is good, no real need to use any seal.

The 090 racing head I built uses no gasket or sealer, machining was very precise and the head I "Lapped" to the cylinder with valve grinding compound, does not leak at all even with very high compression. The head is secured to the cylinder with 6 high grade 5mm screws from the top, which creates an excellent seal, not long studs from the cylinder base in this case.(Which works too and is simpler to build)
