Yes it is. Belonged to LA County Parks. They used it for a big wind storm cleanup they have a few year back and that was it. I think its been kept inside since there is very little oxidation of the paint and the decals are in fair condition. Looks like they kept it maintained ever when they didn't us it. This is common for muni units here. I have seen equipment with 100 or 2 hours on them getting their oil changed on schedule regardless of use.
Anyway, yes this is a very nice unit. I think new they are about $65,000 now.
