Just ground the exhaust exit off and opened up the hole to 3/4" and removed the screen, and bought the screw on husky deflector. I put the screen back in during the dry season but we have not seen that in a while. Cleaned up the transfer between the cylinder and the muffler. Tuned the saw. Runs great. Just wondering if there are any other suggestions. Also does anyone know anyone that I could sit at a bench with and properly port my saw, near Edmonton Alberta. I have a guy that is overly cocky about his MS461, but has no clue about saws, just too much money and out cuts me all the time. This needs to end!
