365 special or 371XP

I may have the opportunity to Trade a saw for a 371 or a 365 special.
If condition is similar which would you go with and why,
I’m just a firewood cutter. I already have a 2159 Jonsered and a 024 Stihl.
I would like to add a larger saw with a 24-28” bar for the occasionally larger stuff.
My Dad has a stand of 150 year old white oak that’s at the end of its life that I would like to start taking down.

So really no reason not to go with the 371?
I thought I read here somewhere the 365 had a broader more user friendly power band, maybe better for falling?

Honestly unless you go 24" bar or longer it's hard to tell them apart
I'd get the one in best condition.

? I haven’t made up my mind. How was I arguing?

Thats what I did- never owned a 365 or 371, but........

I've owned both, all things being equal, take the 371, it is a stronger saw.

That would work for me but I doubt the guy would go for that. I really wanted a 372 non x-torq. So maybe I should just hold out for that.
I’m looking to trade a really clean 262XP, KS non decomp cyl and HDA87 carb.
Would my 262 for a 372/2171 be a fair trade? Or am I short?

A 371 is a 372 non x-torque for all intents and purposes.
