I understand this is largely an opinion based topic I’m going to mention but the fact is if you run an ester and PAO based 2stroke oil (with good gas obviously) you will get much less carbon buildup.

I won’t name brands because I’m not going to argue about that. But most 2stroke oils are group 3 base stock’s and SOME are group 3 blended with PAO. Then you have the harder to find ones that are PAO and ester blended. They are worth the cost. IMO.

I have been running the shindaiwa red not sure about it’s oil blend 40:1.
