562XP Woes

For those of you that have split the case on these before, any trouble getting the flywheel side bearing back in the case? Took two rounds of heating it up to finally get it to sit right.

No different than anyother case bearing, heat the case, freeze bearing, drop in place, install crank, deadblow strike to the crank to seat everything in place 100%.
 
Got a 562 that's gotta go back - this ones a couple years old. No problem IN the wood but after a few cuts high idle which calms down. Have done all suggested wide open runs etc. Probably going back to dealer today as I've got a good one....
