cut the squish band

removed the gasket and have squish where i want it.

steal, with a 1/4" lath bit for a cutter. i cut the squish band be hand. it's also used to cut the base on the lath.

Someone rep this guy for actually porting a 6401 and its not a big bore or a OEM 7900 P&C!!!
 
well talk more on the phone or PM not really interested in a 55 maybe some other saw but I need to go to bed for now
 
well, i cut the band because it needed to be cut.:computer2:
then i cut the base because i ct the band.:bang:
did alittle porting.

the ports are as wide as i want to go.

duration
intake is a little longer
ex is close to stock
tr is s little shorter
bl is a little longer

going to do a little muffler and carb work. put it together and see how it runs. maybe change ign timing.

i think i'll need to raise ex and tr, but that will lower comp.

going to try welding on a popup.
