Want to Buy 661C parts saw

Hey. I have a 661C with a damaged gas tank. I replaced the tank and several other parts. I'm having trouble finding the throttle rod.l shaft. That's the plastic rod that is the kill switch and choke lever. Stihl is having trouble getting it for me and it's the only part that's holding up this repair. I'll post a pic of what is left of the original shaft. Id like to buy a 661C parts saw if I could find one but just this shaft would help for now. Stihl seems to be having trouble getting parts around here. Thanks for any help.

I may be reading it incorrectly but is this what your referring to?

Yes. The choke lever. Where is that at? I searched everywhere and couldn't find one for the 661C
