Me and a friend of mine came across an 028 yesterday in pretty rough shape..wouldnt start..so just did a few basics..spark plug, fuel filter and line, tank breather, carb kit put in and also cleaned the carb well and the saw runs ok..a little rough but not too shabby..my question is , this saw does not come back to idle well at all it takes some time for the chain to stop and H and L screws are where they should be..possible clutch springs ? Im not surew where to start and not lookin to spend a ton..any info would be a great help..thanks

The clutch springs on my 028 are really soft and the chain doesn't want to stop. In my case, they are just old and need to be replaced.
