I was just going through some old papers and I found a spiral-bound notebook which I used to track your donations during the MS660 fundraiser I organized back in 2009. It was for my brother who had just suffered a massive stroke and was buried in medical bills. Most everyone here that regularly contributes and many of the lurkers dug deep into their pockets to help my brother. And Brad gussied up the saw especially for the event.
Just so you know, I'm typing this with a tear in my eye as I marvel at the willingness of so many here to help a person they've never met. I'll save and cherish this notebook (and each of your names) forever as a reminder of the goodness that still exists in a world that seems to be coming apart.
