They are a lot cheaper. Are the OK or should I bite the bullet and get OEM?

I think it depends on brand and source. I don't think I would expect much from the eBay, straight from China, aftermarket ones.

On husky rubber mount saws most of the aftermarket mounts are harder and do lead to a more vibey saw. I have taken to just replacing the ones that need it with aftermarket parts. Hard to justify the unbelievable cost of OEM here in Oz.
