Another 051 that has oiler issues. Am I on the right track?

I got this 051 from a fellow member a while back and decided to crack into it. He told me that bar oil was filling the crank case so I ordered a new o ring and decided to tear into it. The o ring I am suspecting to be bad is the blue one but it don't look too awful to me. I have this thing apart and I'm awful concerned that I'm over looking the problem. Am I thinking too hard here?

Yes that is usually the culprit. Hard to be sure from the picture but there should be a washer between that O-ring and the spring. If you want piece of mind replace the larger black seal on the main body of the pump also, part number 1111 647 9000 in your case.
