Ben, How big around is that Spruce? If anything, mill it into fat cants then maybe off to a bandmill for planking. I have to handheld mills 30" and 60".
any rough cut lumber supplier in Elk, Cameron or Potter Co PA?

It's a monster. Not a scientific measurement, but I would say 2 grown men can't wrap their arms around it! The good thing is, it is healthy and not causing any problems, so we have time. It's just too close to the cabin and dirty. Would look better as tongue and groove sheeting than as a lawn ornament LOL.
We tried Emporium Hardwoods and they had no interest and no real interest in telling us who would. I will try the place you pointed out on the map. We will be up over Memorial day...see if I can find them. Thanks for the point in the right direction!
