ARS Turbo Cut

Yesterdy we had a on site discussion of pole saws. The ARS was to be only used for cutting, the stonger fiberglass poles used for pulling/moving wood. Today was used to cut branch over garage roof as made for ie -ground man making cuts from ground vs climbing tree. Top section of system ended up slightly bent, not happy camper, anyone else seeing simlar problems??
