Do you have a high pain threshold?
Are you mechanically inclined, or have a good buddy who is?
Are you willing to sink possibly substantial additional coinage into the belly of the beast to cure it of any diseases it currently has or immently might develop?
If and only if all three answers are affirmative, then you might possibly come to regret the outcome slightly less than otherwise. Just sayin'....
Does your wife think you're nuts?

No, no, no,,
Where are you in the southwest?
If you are knot,(lol), in California,
you should get over here and take your pick of great chippers that do not have a 4 tier motor,
the auctions are full of them,,
We upgrade all the time and send great chippers to auction here because the EPA controls us,,,

haha thanks for the input fellas.
I had a strong feeling it was a POS but figured I'd ask anyway.

Ill keep saving up and get a decent one

That chipper is an old 16" Asplundh with a v8. Asher is an equipment dealer out of LA. They put their label on everything they sell.
The grinder is an old sc206, the papa to the SC252. I actually liked using them. The swing control is manual so they are a bit of work but you have great control.
