bandit 90 - gap between 2 knives

I have a bandit 90 it has 2 knives in each pocket, 4 total for the machine. I flipped the blades today. When I torqued down on one set they pulled apart about 2mm. The set on the other side of the wheel are tight together when tightened. I made sure the blades, pockets and bolts were clean, re-tighten and they still pull apart a little. Is this anything to worry about? Anyone else have the same thing happen?

I recommend checking the measurements on the knives to make sure they are all the same and the correct dimensions. I would also check the bolt holes to make sure they are not oval shaped. Have you ever thrown a knife or has a knife ever hit the anvil?
