I used these wheels for about 3 months and switched back to the Oregon wheels.

The cheap light pink wheels Baily's sell are not course enough to remove enough material
and I've found the same to be true with these CBN wheels.

My costumers mangle chains pretty good, and these wheels just don't hack it in the shop.

Sounds like you're on the commercial end of sharpening, I'm on the hobby end so far. I would like to be using something I can shape myself when the radius starts to deteriorate.
 
Looking to buy one of the wheels for my Oregon grinders, anybody know where to get? The ones 44 elite was making or mentioned.
