Chain and bar recomendations

I need info on bar , chain and clutch for a 250cc rotax saw I'm building.This saw will only be used periodically and will not be used for racing.I just want to make sure I use the right chain/bar for strength purposes,I don't want to get injured.I am building the saw as a hobby and think it should have around 45hp.

Most of those thngs run custom bars (Canon made some IIRC), 1/2" or 404 chain, and no clutch - the sprocket is keyed to the crank.
