It isn't clear from the pictures and I can't find any description of the adapters. Do each of the four hoses and four adapters have a Schrader valve at their ends? If not, this would not be appropriate for chainsaws and other small displacement engines.
The hoses have valves at the cylinder end, the adapters do not as there's likely not enough room in an adapter for a valve.

The adapters without a Schrader valve will cause a lower reading,they effectively increase the combustion chamber volume
Fortunately chainsaw sparkplugs seem to be bigger than the adapters' sizes (meaning the supplied hoses fit different chainsaw spark plug sizes), but there are indeed small spark plugs in the wild and small engines that use them.
