Poulan 4400 I bought locally recently. It's in really nice shape. I cleaned it up. The saw will idle indefinitely, in all positions, seemed to run good and cut good with the clapped out bar and chain that were on it. It just started on the first pull after sitting since last night. This thing is healthy with 175 psi, which Is the highest I have seen on this gauge, most saws fall in the 150-170 range on this gauge. I am putting it up for trade because it is kind of too nice for me. Two minor issues, the spur is in bad shape, and the fuel line is not tight to the hole in the tank, so there can be a small amount of leakage if you turn the saw upside down. $350 plus shipping.

I have the Poulan 4900 and I cannot find parts for it anywhere. Where is a good place to get parts for these old saws. I need a new air filter but there is none available.

What sort of things are you looking for in trade?
Chainsaws...seriously though, I'm dreaming, but something ported would move it. Otherwise, let me know what you are willing to trade, I guess I would do cash on either end of the deal to make it fair.

May I ask what fuel ratio do you use with this 4400?
