Is there someone who makes or customizes climbing spurs for smaller people? We recently hired someone who is only about 5'3". I've googled and asked a couple of suppliers but I'm not having any luck finding spurs for someone who needs them only 15" high and has a 12-13" diameter calf. Suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
Iris

I have a friend who climbs using old Buckingham steel climbers and he is only 5'-0"" tall. I have Climb Right climbers, and they have a lot of adjustment range. I am 5'-10.5" tall, but I often set them so that the top of the pads are only about an inch above the tops of 16" lineman boots, so I know they'll go at least that short. I'd have to look, but I don't believe I've got them adjusted to their shortest setting.
