How does a 038 super or magnum compare to a 044? Is it a bigger saw than a 044?

The 038super is 67cc and the 044 is 70cc.Not sure about the 038mag but I think it's 70cc too.The 038super is my numero uno firewood saw.

I checked on there and found out that the 038 super and magnum are different. I was asking, because a gentlemen on another message board was selling a 038 super and comparing it to the 044. I told him he was crazy lol. I said u can compare the 038 super to a 039 or ms390 displacement wise. But if he was selling a 038 magnum, then he could compare it to the 044. I was only saying something cuz i feel it was false advertisement on his part for comparing it to a 044. What do you guys think?

Yeah the 038 super isn't a bad saw at all...they are a bit outdated, but built like a brick sh*thouse. Displacement wise an 038 super is right in between an 036 and an 044...whereas an 038 mag is close to an 044. The difference between an 038 and an 044 is the 038 is like a v8 and a turbo v6 (044). Its probably real similar to an 056 mag vs an 066.
