what tool i need to split a chainsaw crankcase. A special tools or some torch??

BFH and a torch will let you split it any way you want.

Take it too a qualified shop they have the proper crankcase splitting machine won't cost too much. Likely won't be the cost of another crankcase unless you don't care about that one now and only want the crank? If so, go to it with large flat screwdriver between seams and a hammer to knock the screwdriver in.
