So I wanted to give something nice to a good friend here that has hooked me up with some sweet stuff!! I engine turned a bar a while back but sold it on a saw as the bar was not in great shape.

I use a nylon abrasive brush with a bridle on it 1300 rpm with a .125" engagement 2 second dwell offset 1/4 to the right and 1/2 down. There is 540 spots per side.

Da sand the bar smooth and remove paint.

Although it looks like a fishing lure, l would be happy to have a bar like that. lt seems homelite410, is only limited by his imagination as to what he can do with all his super cool big boy toy tools. l want to see a homelite custom reduced wieght bar as he would know how much to remove in what areas to make it light but still strong. We just need the right hi tech goo to fill the holes.
