Ok who's got some input? If I'm puttin a pipe on it, what compression should I shoot for? I was thinkin 190-200, little easier revvin than 220.

Less than that is probably going to work better. You get that stuffing effect from the pipe.

The piped 066 that we built was at 170psi.

Like Mike said, the pipe back stuffs the jug, and raises dynamic compression. What saw are you doing Deets?

This is gunna be an older 066 with an aluminum flywheel, think there would be any issues with the smaller bearings?

Nope

You 100% on your bearing size? Or just assuming based off the flywheel? Cause you can't assume that

New seals were installed just before I got the saw and I believe he said they were the smaller ones.

Comp 180 ish give or take...ex 90* Trans 118* intake 85*...that will run...might as well throw a couple fingers in there too

Grind till you see daylight an then backup a little.lol....shouldn't be a problem...I've seen higher

Some guys will weld the outside of the jug on top of the exhaust port so they can take the exhaust high.

Like Spencerpaving said, 90 degrees on the exhaust is a good starting point on gas...and notice the longer blowdown when running a pipe.
