Cutting Fire Brick

Picked up some new fire brick for the wood stove. Any idea how to cut it to size? I tried scoring it with a grinder and cut off wheel but it still didn't follow my scoring lines. I scored it pretty deep to.

My buddy use a diamond masonary wheel in a mitre saw.

I got a thin abrasive wheel that fit my circular saw.

I had to cut a few and a diamond blade in my angle grinder cut them fast and nice cuts.

Contact a brick mason contractor in your area. He will make short work of it. Pay him with beer.

I went to lowe's and got a monsanry saw blade for my circular saw.
Nice cuts and can use it later if need be of for cutting areas of concrete walk out to repair.

I just use a masonry circular blade for any of your saws or grinders.
Lots available in all sizes.
I have one for my 14" Milwaukee abrasive chop saw.
Make sure you use a filter mask and of course eye protection too.
