Dht 27 ton hoses?

Can anyone tell me the fitting size and length of the two hoses? I need to get a replacement set.

I had measured them but have lost my notes. If anyone knows off hand it would be great. Otherwise I'll get them once I clear the snow drifts away from the building it's stuck in right now.

Most any parts store can make hydrolic hoses for you. They will match fittings cut hose and crimp them for you. Easy as pie.
