hey guys not really a chain saw but I thought you guys on the chainsaw forum might be able to help me out. I have a dht 28 ton wood splitter. it run good with plenty of power but the cylinder runs hot. on about a 60 degree day the cylinder will run about 220 degrees, even after running aw 48 oil. which is what dht told me to run. is this normal behavior for this wood splitter or should I be concerned? has anyone had any similar experiences? splitter is almost a year old.
