Diffrence in pistons US vs Brazil

I was looking at the ipl for a 039. I seen there is two diffrent part numbers for pistons. One for usa and canada and on that says brazil only. Well they use the same cylinder, so whats the diff , does anyone know.
 
I wonder what that has to do with the piston, domed piston maybe
 
Might be made of a different alloy. Ethanol probably generates a different amount of heat than gasoline, which would change the piston to bore clearance at typical operating temperatures. It might be a domed piston. Increasing compression might restore some of the power lost by using a fuel that has less energy.
 
Sugar Cain is what their fuel is produced from. While ours is primary from petroleum and corn mixture. It takes more fuel of biofuels to produce the same as petroleum fuels. The last I knew it was something like 30% more.
