Got up and rode the 4 wheeler out into the river bottoms before light . The wife and I sat there and watched the sunrise over the river bluffs and contemplated that first Easter sunrise and the empty tomb.

I wound up making a stack extension and leveling it, and started filling it with more split pine. almost done with the pine.

It is something ancient yet modern, our ties with ancient man and today, this wood harvesting.
