Echo CS 5500 carb adjustment

Just got a new to me 5500. Nice saw so far. I was peeking into the adjustment holes trying to see what tool is needed and I can't see in there well enough to figure it out. I tried my little go to flathead adjustment screw driver but it doesn't seem to grab. I was hoping someone on here might know and save me having to rip it apart. Thanks in advance.

Did you use a flashlight? Should be regular small straight blade IF the limiters are still present.

Even if the limiters are gone, still should be regular straight blade....

Yeah I was trying to peer in there with a light. I couldn't see any limiters, definitely no red color. Maybe they're just packed with crap?

Could be. Try some compressed air if you can. Even a squirt of brake cleaner won't hurt.

Got it. It was indeed a small flat head screwdriver. I think it just had some crap in the slot. Thanks for your help.
