Echo CS500VL Mystery Part Location

I have been a member for a while but have not posted much. Great site, Great information!
A Co-worker gave me this Saw because it had a leaking oil tank. I took my time taking it apart and repairing it so now I can't figure out where this particular part goes. It's a flat rubber thing with a few ribs. A parts diagram would be very helpful.
By the way the serial no. is too high to be recalled. I checked into that.

It goes behind the muffler,between it and the crankcase.I'll see if i can find an IPL to get you a picture.
