Echo GT-16a Trimmer

Help : GT-160-a
On this trimmer I cannot get it to spark while the plug is grounded to the block, but yet when I use a screwdriver and hold it I feel the spark. New plug / New Coil / I also used a used coil thinking the new one was bad. The air gap is at .010 and flywheel nice and clean. I have disconnected the kill wires to no prevail.

What can seem to be the problem.

Most likely will just need the points cleaned and reset, I've owned several of this series and still have one now, nice little trimmers..........

I'd set'em at 14 thousandths.......
