Is EMAK the only place that sells Efco's online? Ive been trying to find a dealership close to me. Or hell even in the state of Oregon, but I'm having quite a hard time doing that. Plus I would like to gather some info on their performance.

Dealer network is weak! BUT, there are a few good dealers out there. Call EMAK USA, explain to them that you are looking for a saw/parts. They will put you in touch with a dealer that will sell to you.

The 962 is an incredible saw, especially for the money. My stock 962 whooped a stock 357 Husky by a good margin. The 981 is a nice runner as well. I wouldn't buy any of their smaller saws as I don't feel the build quality is there.
