Jeff, i cant speak for Podaltura, but over here it is a must! Not in the tree but everywhere you walk in a public space, and outdoor working, you have to. I´ve got jackets, bodywarmers and even t shirts in these colors.

If inspection sees you without it, you´ll get fined.

But it is for you own safety, so almost everybody wears them.
