I have been googling to find a potential employer or contracting logging outfit to go to work for in the NW. I have been logging in the south for 14 years and cut firewood as a teen for years before that. I have a small logging operation but have found it nearly impossible to make a living down here. The environuts are not a problem much but the competition, the DoT, fuel, and the mills actions have made it hard for me to feed my family. Anyways, I have cut trees with wheeled hotsaw bunchers and have chainsawn red oaks as much as 7'4" dia. at the cut. I am a cert. professional logging manager for Tennessee and Alabama and have tons of references both business and landowner.

Can anyone help me find a contracting or employment position over there?
