Finished porting the 395 got some video

Alright fellas be easy on me this is my first video and my second port job. The saw is running a 28 and Im guessing the wood is about 24 inch red oak.

I left a lot on the table I didnt touch the intake or transfers just dropped squish to .020 and widened the exhaust to .040 from the piston skirt then I raised it about .020 and polished it out. Im sure I could gain more but I dont have much experience with the transfers and I figure I might go back and widen the intake later. I was mainly looking to build a torque monster to pull a 42 for some milling and such. I wish I had gotten a before video it was running dead even with my 7900 stock so I will get some video of the 7900 for a comparison but it will be a few days got a lot of traveling to do this week.

Kool. I would like to have a big chunk of oak we could use the 32" bars on but that would be one heavy sucker. Those big saws really don't have any justice until they are wearing a big bar.

I was going to use the Stihl for a comparison but the thing just wouldnt start JUST KIDDING FELLAS it helps if you turn on the idiot switch.
