Fire Wood Prospects

Hey Guys,
I just wanted to see what you all thought about the fire wood business. I'm in Montana and most people are pretty self sufficient as far as getting there own wood around here. In other words, there isn't much of a market for it around here. But I have virtually unlimited amounts of good quality lodge pole pine at my back door. Any ideas on how I could turn this into a money maker? Is it even possible? I allready have some good equipment to get it out of the woods, i'm just wondering if there is a market for it, and how far is to far? Thanks for any thoughts.

In other words, there isn't much of a market for it around here.

I think you answered your question with the sentence above. If there is no market how are you going to sell your sweat equity??

What is the closest semi urban area to you?

The closest decent size town is about 30 miles. Big city, about 80 miles.
